The growing up process....

Aida's starting to be more responsive now...she loves to play, experimenting her vocals, the different texture of things around her, etc, etc...sometimes she amuses herself with the simplest thing like blowing raspberries, putting her starfish hands in her mouth, pull her toes together and many more...growing up babies are really original entertainers....

Five going SIX...

The question mommy received most when ppl ask about Aida is "what can she do now?" Well...she can do plenty of faces, sounds (yes, dat includes screaming at different pitch), laugh n smile when she like something or push away the formula milk to show her rejection, and so much into oral exploration..EVERYTHING within reach go straight into her cute mouth! And it is sooo amazing how fast her brain develops despite her petite size!!
turning to side get on d knees

New Malaysian Citizen!

We finally received our lil' girl's passport....yay! Her own passport!!

Big FIVE-O!!!!!!

Aida's birthday present..a battery operated swing!! Why didn't we think of this heaven-sent-spare-hand before?? Thankkkkkyouuuu whoever invented this..

We 'celebrated' Aida 5th months' birthday at the Malaysian Fest 2006 held in Darling Harbour, Sydney.
lepak with Mommy n Daddy....

The fest was about promoting Malaysia to Aussies-there was stage show, dances by mostly Malaysian students in Uni......but of course the highlight is tasting the Malaysian food!! There were crowds' favourite like laksa, nasi lemak, murtabak, karipap, kuey tiow, ABC, air bandung, air tebu, etc..etc...but what Mommy n Daddy REALLY craved was Satay! The queue for Uncle Sam's satay was soooo long until Aida fell asleep!

FIRST SOLIDS!!!!!!!!

Emmm..not solids literally, but first food other than milk..its baby rice alone. But by now (3++ weeks) she had the rice + broccoli, carrot, pumpkin and first fruit- pear. Aida's not very big on broccoli but its better than carrot!! By far pumpkin works for her... What's next on menu? Sweet potato...yum...

Bleurghhh...mommy!!wot the.........?!!

As promised....

As promised, Aida with her physiotherapist, Ms Kate Butler...yup...all sorts of position..standing, sitting, tergolek, terlentang, tersembam-name it....but we had fun everytime tho... :)
